Here's a chart that show both bands and the channel overlap on each.
Design with 15-20% coverage overlap, and build your channel plan accordingly so you can avoid co-channel interference issues, especially in 2.4GHz.

Below is a chart showing the approximate translation between mW and dBm.
Power levels on the Cisco WLC's translate as follows:
1 = 100 mW 2 = 50 mW 3 = 25 mW 4 = 12 mW 5 = 6 mW 7 = 2 mW 8 = 1 mW Here's a snapshot of the power settings available via the AP web config
